Cancellation

Mahabir Tea Mart believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• We will consider cancellations if you request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order.
• However, we do not entertain cancellation requests if the orders have been communicated to the
  operational team and the operations team has initiated the assignment process.
• It is possible to cancel orders before they are shipped without extra charges. Please contact us at
  our customer service hotline or email us to cancel your order.
• Once the order has been shipped cannot be canceled.
• The Company Refund Policy will strictly govern the cancellation and refund of fees or charges
  informed and declared from time to time.
• Cancellations are not possible on all, including the above special occasions.
